Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your comfortable flats, stylish heels, breezy sandals, cozy slippers, and performance sneakers. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • All tags must be attached

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear. All other footwear categories (flats, heels, sandals, sneakers) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs charges.
